Our operations team monitors your fleet in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When an alert fires, we see it before you do, and we act on it before it becomes a problem.

Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled preventive maintenance visits keep your robots performing to spec. We handle all parts and labor for covered repairs during the lease period. No surprise bills.

On-Site Response

When remote resolution is not sufficient, we dispatch a technician to your facility. Response time is governed by your selected service tier (usually next business day).

Software & Firmware Updates

All navigation software, fleet management platform updates, and firmware releases are delivered over-the-air (OTA) and managed by our team. Your robots always run the latest stable release.
